1. SERVICES We provide professional home improvement services including painting, flooring installation, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, carpentry, drywall repair, deck building, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical work across all states.

2. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

  • All pricing shown on our website represents starting estimates only
  • Final costs depend on the scope of work and specific project requirements
  • We provide detailed written quotes before work begins
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Additional work requested during the project may result in additional charges

3. PAYMENT TERMS

8. LIABILITY

9. PERMITS AND COMPLIANCE

  • We will obtain necessary permits when included in the service agreement

  • Additional permit costs may apply depending on location and project scope

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, plans, and creative work remain the property of Niepoth and Sons LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • We are committed to resolving disputes amicably
  • Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication
